- The pieces must be in their original condition and have not been used.
All tags must be intact, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of replacement or return.
Replacement and return mechanism:
A shipping policy is issued by SMSA to return the item to be exchanged or returned.
- The pieces are delivered to SMSA with a printed copy of the bill of lading.
- Upon arrival of the parts and ensuring their safety, the amounts due will be transferred to the customer or Umbrella, if any.
- Refunds are for returned products only, and other fees such as shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping cost: 54 riyals in case of replacement and 27 riyals in case of return
- In case of replacement, new parts will be shipped after transferring the shipping amount and the difference in amount, if any.
